Oct–Dec 2025 Europe Roundup: Community Cleanups, Drug Prevention and Human Rights Education

During October–December 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology social programmes highlighted a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup covered community cleanups and practical civic service, alongside fact-based drug-prevention education and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.

Organisers cited initiatives across Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, news eu ai act and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
